Hoffman Strings was one of the rental choices suggested by our Music for Youth program when my son began playing violin last year. The rates were competitive, so I signed a contract with them. This year, my son dropped his violin at a group practice, onto tile flooring, and guess what? Violin was in two pieces. We did take out insurance, but I still felt terrible going into Mr. Hoffman to ask for a replacement. He was more than gracious and commented that "these things happen." I asked if he would be able to repair the instrument and he said, "Probably not. But we'll get you set up with another good violin." Great customer service and a wonderful experience for us. Highly recommended!

What a great little violin shop. They have great customer care and a great selection of items. We needed a violin case and they had cases for $40.00. I have price shoped and they had qaulity at a great price. Thanks for all of your help.
