Paul Kess aka Luther Systems is a terrible efis company that refuses to stand behind their work or the performance of the product used. The efis began to fade less than a year from the time we moved into our new house and has gone from bad to worse. After a verbal battle for well over a year, the company agreed to paint our home on May 26th, 2009. This date was moved to the next week due to rain. Then I received a call from an employee named Scott, who stated that the company changed their mind and wouldn't paint the house, now stating that the house didn't fade. The owner, Jerry Stricker is impossible to deal with. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a huge headache by finding a reputable company. When looking for an efis company, make sure to ask for product and color warranties in writing, and take the time to research the efis product selected by the company.
