Had a flight I needed to catch at 6:15 my motel was 3 min driving distance from the airport. Called the night before to be ready and they never showed up I called dispatch several times and they said over and over he's 5 min away long story short I missed my flight and it cost me 529.00 to get a New flight the next day. Very up set. Will avoid using them anymore can't afford it.

Horrible, absolutely horrible! The cab driver was always over the speed limit. She was texting and on Facebook the whole time. She almost rear ended a driver because she was on the phone. I felt scared for my life in the cab, I will never call again.

Horrible! Happy Cab is worse than the cabs in South America. I have never been in one that wasn't completely filthy and foul. Tonight the cab driver stunk so bad that we had to ask to roll down the windows, then he blatantly ran a red light (not a yellow light) and when we objected, his response was "It happens". He was clearly drunk or high and I will NEVER call them again. I will be calling Lyft!

terrible, if i could give negative stars i would, when i called in for a cab to the airport not only did they not even show up but when i called to ask where they were they told me one was on the way after another half hour i simply had to drive myself and pay for parking

i don't know how thy are still in business

I asked an hour before for a cab to pick me up at 12:40 pm. At 12:50 I called again to find out when the cab would be here. The dispatcher put me on hold to research it. 2minutes later I was disconnected. Nobody called back. As I called again at 1:00, the cab pulled up and finally got me to my destination 10 minutes late.



I had scheduled to be taken back at 2:30. At 2:40 I gave up and walked back. 30 minutes later, as I walked in the door, the cabbie called and asked if I was in Lincoln or Omaha. The dispatcher had given him an Omaha address.

This is a bad service at all ! Once I ordered a taxi, and the taxi driver just refused my order rudely ! Bad reaction and impolite !
