I will tell anyone looking for a attorney do not waste your time or money with this one he will take your money and not fight for you he comes to court not prepared I don't understand how he has stayed in practice this long,be careful because he does have a charming personality that will pull you in be careful he's a wolf in sheep's clothing just out for your money please please be careful don't waste your time or money he is not going to win your case for you I wish I've done more research on him before I gave him my $1500 he was not prepared for the case he was paid for,you can check he has more lost cases then win do your homework please before you give him your money and allow him to mess your life up do your research please.

My case was done in early 2010... got a bill late 2010 for 600 dollars and now the most recent one is 1900 dollars. Bill's paralegal called my house and told my mother that I owed "thousands" of dollars. She then harassed her to pay it off. Completely unprofessional. Their billing system seems to loose payments frequently. As for the attorney himself, he finds a lot of ways to rack up the money. The easiest of cases will end up costing you about twice as much as it should. And he showed up late to my final court case.

I was referred to bill from a friend. He helped her win a custody battle with her child, and he has been helping me immensely. He is supportive and puts your best interest before everything else. I would recommend him to anyone.

he actually won my case no problem so i dont know what problems the other person had but i had none

Takes your retainer then refuses to give you the legal aid which you payed him for. I wish I would of hired any other lawyer.
