One of the worst manicures of my life. The man was super unprofessional (complained about other customers the whole time), cut my nails too short AND uneven in legnth, charges 35 dollars for gels when I was told they had shellac. Didn't use cuticle oil or lotion on me which I expect for 35 dollars. Didn't know what Shellac was, didn't know what ombre was. Let me pick out a blue which ended up being a color changing polish so now my nails are pink, and worst of all, tore up my nail beds and now I'm bleeding. The gels are also touching my nail bed, so I have a feeling they'll peel within a week, if that. They're so rough and sharp too, instead of smooth, I'm going to end up scratching my son. Will never go back.

Also, witnessed them pour the soak they used to take my previous polish off BACK into the jug. Disgusting.

I went last Saturday for pedicure and fill. It was the worse pedicure I have ever had and I asked for white tips pink fill only got the pink fill and 3 nails were off by Sunday evening they filed my nails so thin they snapped off. Will never go back and should have never left a $20.00 tip

Always have good service and prices are reasonable.

My Mom and girlfriend have gone here a few times. Their first experiences were great, but they have gotten gradually worse each time. First off, they gave my girlfriend an INFECTION, which could have been caused by a couple things; 1) they dug way too far into her cuticle and 2) they use their bare hands to put "sanitized" tools into bags to be used later. Trust me, cleanliness is not a priority. They also get angry when you tell them to do something even slightly out of the ordinary (such as shaping your nail a certain way), so customer service isn't a priority either. Last but not least, there was a creepy high school aged boy just hanging around in the salon talking to the employees. Needless to say, my Mom and girlfriend will not go here anymore. This place is out of control, do not go here!
