Upon arrival I thought since it had a fenced it would be ok to let my 18 month play outside, to my suprise about a half hour later she brings in dog poo. (i didn't bring a dog) I called to complain about that, they offer to come clean the yard. (clearly i had to get it done) then go inside they have one tv. Its screen is burnt or something cannot see anything dark on the tv, anything else has a very red shaddow around. The hot tub jets do not all work and for some reason they have a rule saying u cannot use the hot tub between 10pm and 8am.I don't think we will use this compony again
Upon receiving a call from this customer, we immediately offered to come and remove any dog droppings that had been left (this is a pet friendly home) but our offer was refused. Customer complained that there was only one TV - this is a modest, two bedroom beach cabin and has just one TV. Upon learning of a problem with the TV, we immediately replaced it with a new one. I feel this customer was simply looking for things to complain about, as we endeavor to address any issues immediately, but there was no satisfying him. We are proud of our 27-year history of offering top level customer service.
