When we gore our window replaced they were very courteous and quick in getting us taken care of. But the window repairer was 3 hrs later than he said he would be. By the time he arrived he has to put the new window in in the dark. He has lamps but they didn't help much. A few weeks later we realized that we could see outside from the inside of the car with the windows rolled up, the middle bar between the 2 back windows wasn't put back all the way. So then we called them to have it fixed and they told us to call back Monday. We forgot about calling until 2 weeks later which happened to fall on another Friday. So i called and they didn't ask for my name or number get back to me. They just said call back Monday. So i called Monday and they told me to call Tuesday. So i called Tuesday and they are finally coming to fix their mistake. And they aren't happy about it. I just feel they need to own up to their mistakes and take care of them as fast as they got us taken cater of day one. And don't tell me to call you. That shouldn't be my responsibility. Your the one that made the mistake.
