Great place for grooming. My dog feels safe and they do a good job. The only negative they are pricey.

Horrible service!

My husband and I are new to the Twelve Bridges area and we decided to take our boxer and German Shepard to Diamond in the Ruff not only because it is close to home but because they seemed to have good reviews. Our dogs are a part of our family and we wanted to make sure to find a groomer that provides quality service and truly knows how to treat animals.



When we picked up our fur babies they looked great, we ended up paying $140 for both including an extra 5 minutes of brushing for our short haired German Shepard. They are not only over priced but they also expect for you to provide them with a tip! Five days after their bath and I found scabs all up and down my German Shepard's back due to extremely hard brushing with a Furminator brush. Which is a brush with a ton of sharp edges, so the extra 5 minutes that I paid for at $1 per minute were pure torture to my 1-year-old German Shepard.



Not to mention prior to posting this review, I called Diamond in the Ruff and spoke to an employee that assured me she would pass may concerns along to the store owner, and I would get a call back to get this sorted out. It as been 2 days and I have yet to receive a phone call from the owner.



Needless to say I will NEVER bring my dogs to this location ever again. The girls had a great personality but they obviously do not know what they are doing and how to treat dogs. I will make sure that all of my family and friends are aware of the dog abuse and low quality service that this location provides.

I've taken my dog there for years...They are great and take special care with him as he has seizures. Tracy participates in all the dog charities and the staff are all very nice.

Best groomer in town. We have been to several groomers in the area and this is my favorite by far.

Do NOT take your dog to this groomer! I took my golden retriever there to be groomed and told them I wanted her to have a short haircut. I was asked if I wanted her to look like a Lab and said "No". Then I was asked if I wanted to keep her feathers and said "Yes". When I went to pick her up - and after paying $65!! - I found they had COMPLETELY SHAVED her! They only left the feathers on her tail which makes her look ridiculous. Even the top of her head and her ears have been shaved. She looks pathetic and I've now been told that I need to keep her out of the sun to prevent sun burn. You can even see the streaks made by the razor. I will NEVER return to this groomer!
