After sitting in this place from 3:00 to 4:00 hearing wisphers from the staff (a african american woman that worn a red corchet beanie, white shirt, beaded necklaces, denium knee length skirt and white flat open toe sandals, and a white guy at the front desk) saying that they dont know how to do perms and they wasnt going to do my hair i finally get back there with someone to do my hair. She sits me at the 1st booth and say oh no they not going to sit here i guess another tech was about to do hair i seen old chemical relaxer in a white bowl and two brushes sitting in it she cleans off that area and while she was cleaning it i noticed in a draw white clippers that had hair all over it. I ask the lady have you ever done a relaxer before and she stated yes she proceeds to break up my tangled hair with a wide tooth comb and i feel the comb on my scaple i thought that was really wrong cause she was about to put a chemical on there and when i was a little girl i always heard i should scratch or comb my hair before a perm but she said she needed to break it up. she does my hair and after a while i feel like my hair is set on fire with gasoline i swear i never felt this before i have had relaxers for the majority of my life. I say please lets take this off it needs to come off and she stated one moment i need to smooth it out. I after another 10 sec i feel my toes curl because it was hot on my head i ask her to please take me to the bowl to wash my hair and she does. she washed my hair about 3 to 4 times while she washed my hair she layed the spray hose in the bowl and water shot out everywhere!! on me on the two other women washing ladies hair and on the clients and she say oooppps i didn't know it was even shooting out let me clean you up and at this point i still had that burning chemical in my head in my head im like its only water get this stuff out my head. she hands the other techs clients towels to clean themself up and comes back to me and wash my hair. she continues and i feel her touch my right ear and it felt like it was on fire it was hot and throbing it felt like skin was coming off when she touched and scrubed it. she saw me clinch in the seat and looks over there and say you have relaxer in your ear i said that is a chemical burn i feel it (i have had chemical burns in my scalp before but never in the ear i thought they should have based it they didn't) she looks and say yeah it is im sorry and continues to wash my hair. after she finsh she looks and say i need a cotton ball or a q tip to get that out or you can get it out. I go to wipe at my ear and dig into my ear canal with the cotton ball and it was in there! at this point i was very upset thinking oh my god im going to have a chemical burn in my ear canal. they used dirty hair brushes and combs and wanted to use a white comb on my head that i seen the black lady give two hair cuts to men she didn't even disinfect the combs inbetween the hair cuts! she started to comb me with that white comb!! oh no!!! i got up and left with wet hair and all! i get home to look in the mirror and see i have a huge chemical burn blister on my ear i have pictures that i took im thinking about legal action against these ppl. I will be happy to show you my pictures.



wanted to give a update from my episode with these ppl from 06/14/2011 I reported them to the b.b.b. and that state cosmetology board. after the bbb attempted to contact them two times finally got a respose from them! guess who responded back! the black lady! she was not around when the other lady did my hair at all smh! so how would she know!! totally lied about her involment. HOW COULD YOU TRUST A COMPANY LIKE THIS! i have documents and pictures to support me. I am not taking this laying down im going to rebuttal this bbb report she sent back and will keep you updated.
