The teachers are ok, the Director Ms Storm is extremely rude , unpleasant, unprofessional, disrespectful, it will be an improved if the school change her, the children deserve better, she is not a nice person , she is a racist and the school looks bad with a director like her, Ms Storm is not the right fit to work in a school. She is rude with kids and extremely disrespectful with the parents .

wonderful daycare!

I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I do think it's best if people took their shoes off& a couple other little things that could make it even cleaner - not that it's not clean or my toddler would never be there, just that there's just always more all of us could do. That being said however I have personally watched them cleaning everything at the end of the day - bleached & soaked and cleaned daily and cleaned also throughout the day or just set aside for end of day cleaning. I have to say that the caretakers and teachers there are the most loving, beautiful people who TRULY love & care for the children & help you as a parent in any way possible. You are kept well informed about your child, their personalities and accomplishments. Many of the teachers will often swap personal cell phones with you so that they can text you pics if they happen to get a good one of your child hitting a milestone or doing something cute. You can also text if the child will be late etc. as you have a personal relationship with the people who are taking care of your precious gift from God - as it should be. Storm has always been wonderful. My toddler is there 10 hours a day and she is there before I come and after I leave. I unfortunately had to bring my baby girl there at a mere 3 months old & was heart broken and devastated that I had to part from her. But I quickly saw how absolutely wonderful her caregivers were -Ms. Yvette & Ms Mayoly are truly beautiful souls sent from God to care for babies whose parents must work. My little girl has been in 2 classrooms since but must always go back to see Ms. Mayoly & reaches out to be held by her from my arms! She's never, ever done that with anyone - anyone, not even my own husband! That is how much she loves her. Ms. Brenda, Stephanie& Barb were wonderful caregivers for her when she had to leave the infant room & now she's in a new class for 1.5-2yrs old because toddlers are very different at the age & need to keep learning new skills (even though I get upset every time she moves up because I loved those teachers so much that I don't want her to leave - only to find out after a while that I love the new ones too of course! ;-) ). They spend a lot of time transitioning them properly so that they aren't just thrown into a new setting. She's learned so many things there that I just don't have the time to teach her myself. Of course we want every single detail to be perfect for our child. But I have learned that education and love are the two most important things to me when it comes to my child. For those things Trinity would get 5 stars across the board. I know so many power couples - doctors, attorneys, CPA's & entrepreneurs that only trust Trinity with their children. It's LHP's biggest secret & i almost didn't want to give this review in fear that it would get out & it'd be tougher for me to secure a place for her. But after reading the 2 bad reviews I couldn't help myself because I felt that was very unfair & unfortunate. My experience has been nothing less than stellar although there's always room for improvement as is true with every day care & each one of us as human beings. I could go on but I better stop here because I wrote too much already. Peace & love to all ♡ ♡ ♡

As a Trinity parent for the last 2 years and a previous employee of 4 years, I cannot believe the previous reviews. We live in west Boca and I drive 40 minutes to Lighthouse Point every morning to bring my 4 year old and 6 month old to Trinity Learning Center. I do this because no other childcare facility comes close to the quality of care that this school provides. Nearly the entire staff as been with the school more than 7 years. It is clean and well managed. All of the children are happy and well cared for. My children have only been sick with minor colds while attending this school. As a previous employee, I am well aware of the strict cleanliness policies of the classrooms. There is nowhere else in this world where I would take my children to be cared for.

Choosing childcare for your ba...

Choosing childcare for your baby or toddler is one of the hardest decisions a parent has to face. And it pays to be picky. Daycare centers can run the gamut from outstanding to, well, much worse. Trinity Learning center is one of the worse daycares that I have ever witnessed firsthand. The facility is poorly managed, dirty and unsafe. To sum it up – dirty facility, filters not cleaned (air vent), no washing hands, sick policy not enforced, your child will be constantly sick, director and assistant director not willing to talk or accommodate the parents, etc. Ps. Another parent recently pulled her daughter out a few months before I did because her daughter was face down in a crib with a blanket over her face on the director and assistant directors watch, they let the teachers go early to save money and you can't get updates on your kids, they allow parents to wear shoes in the classroom and only get the carpet cleaned twice a year. Facility always has a moldy smell to it. I have talked with other parents and they have concerns as well. My child while attending Trinity who by the way only attended between the age of 3-7 months had picked up RSV (three times), Croup (3 times), Brocolitis (four times), Bacterial Infections and numerous ear infections. My child was never healthy, never. We kept saying he needs to get his immune system used to it but that never was the case. The sick policy is not enforced and children were ALWAYS sick in the daycare. My child even contracted the Norawalk virus (along numerous other illnesses) in which a lot of the children got the virus in the school. When this happens, a school needs to do a major cleaning and shut down. The director is not pleasant to talk with and not of Christian morals or values. In the infant room you can walk in with your shoes on. I asked about wiping toys down at the end of the day and the director replied “They try their best too” – this is not an option to me as you need to wipe things down daily. When changing a diaper they use a thin pair of gloves however afterwards they don’t wash their hands. You can’t tell me you don’t touch the gloves when removing them right? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

This place is terrible! My daughter started there at 8 weeks old and we had a ton of issues, I walked in one day and my daughter was face down in the crib with the blanket almost covering her entire head when i picked her up she was turning red and was sweating when i turned to the assistant director MISS JACKIE and asked her if she was watching my baby she said well it gets BUSY in here and we cant always pay attention to each and every child every minute- NOT THE RESPONSE I WAS LOOKING FOR. The Director MISS STORM - is A WITCH not a christian at all and when confronted with all the issues turned them all on me and my husband. needless to say my daughter has since been yanked out and these people should be shut down
