My Wife and I purchased a couple of fairly expensive Watches and needed the Bands adjusted. I called JR Dunn and asked if they can do this, they said no problem bring it in. After made somewhat the lengthy drive, the staff took a look at us seeing we were Black and said we cannot serve you. As I told my Wife as we were leaving ... they are not the only Jeweler on the Planet. We took it to another who did the adjustments for free!

BUYER BEWARE!JR Dunn online sold me an "authentic and brand-new, previously unowned" John Hardy bracelet. But what they sent me was a piece missing authentic tags proving it is new and genuine. When I objected to the missing tags, they emailed back all sorts of ridiculous excuses-- all suspicious--as to why the tags are missing. Finding out from this website they are a pawn shop, obviously what they sold me was either previously owned or a fake. Stay away from them and buy from a reputable dealer!
