Horrible experience...was dealing with the sales man burt, I'm from WI and when I went there to check out a car with my family I had told him everything on my trade in and the payment I needed to stay around, I also asked them to appraise my vehicle and he told me no and to go to the carmax cause they might give a better appraisal and had said there a one price dealership or whatever. So I decided I wanted to buy vehicle I filled out app online, I went to the carmax, we test drove the vehicle. The car was beautiful but my bf has some concerns and every time we would ask the jerk questions all we got was I don't know, then when we got back cause they finally appraised my car that is worth 4800 and they were only going to give me 2000. The finance guy said we need check stubs for proof of income which no one needs that when buying a car, told me I need 2000 down and that my payments would be 400, 200 over what I could afford! The sales man was a jerk to us because we were asking questions and told us either we want it or we don't! And then they should of got there information together instead of us wasting 3 hours just to drive there. That place is a joke!
