John did an amazing job on my prom dress I really appreciate his hard work and time. ������������ Thank you once again to him ����

He shortened a formal gown too short and wouldn't admit it. I had to go by the gown again. He argued with me that I wore different shoes. I only own one pair of red shoes. I asked him to shorten new gown free and he wouldn't do it. Better off going to Stitch It in the mall or to my cleaners. They stand behind their work better.

I've been hearing good things about this business, so I wanted to give it a try. Truns out to be that this man John is a well hearted man. The first time I went in his store he was so happy and cheery. I thought it was just an act for his business but I found out through my friends that he is always like that. John and I have become good friends and I honestly can say that I can trust him with anything. With work or family this guy is your man 100%

I have been bringing my pants, jackets, suits, to John for 4 or 5 years. I have always been very happy with his work and prices. Customer service is the best.

I have never written a review for anything online before, but I felt compelled to warn others in our community to NEVER

bring your tailoring to this man. He does not deserve any business. When I went to pick up my husband's pants, he couldn't find them, and that was after he had called several days earlier to say he had finished them. (His call to us came after he had promised TWICE they would be done and were not when my husband went in to pick them up.) I left the shop with not even an apology or an "I'll look again until I find them, and then I'll call you." I then called him later in the day to say that my husband had not picked up the pants to which he claimed he had. When I calmly suggested he look again because they were part of a very expensive suit, he started yelling at me, insinuating that I was inflating the price of the pants! He demeanor started out beyond rude and he became more unreasonable from there. He has ZERO customer service skills nor the business mentality to hold good customers. Save yourself a huge headache and patronize another local tailor who wants and deserves your business.
