No one kneeled or stepped on the counter. His own workman said that that slab was incorrectly installed and that it was not shimmed and that is why it cracked. Ken even measured the cabiets with a level when we had people over and all the cabiets were level and did not shift.He even used several different levels to make sure. The cabinets were all level and did not shift. He even said so. His workman did a bad job but he will not admit it. His own workman/installer that he sent out said the slab was not installed properly and that the backsplash shifted and that he did not know why. Probably from improper gluing/not enough. They measured the out let wrong, etc. He said he would fix that and he did not. He may have done good work in the past but when your workaman make mistakes it's time to own up to them and fix the problem or refund the money which he will not do. Mastercraft removed our Corian kitchen countertops and replaced them with beautiful Granite. Their work was great and you should use them for your Granite or Marble work.

This company is outstanding on customer service and design. They kept their promise for an on time delivery with careful attention to detail. I interviewed other companies and Mastercraft walked me thru the entire process. The owner was recommended to me by a number of his customers. I did check Mastercraft out and I am glad I selected them for my work.

I hired them to install my granite counters and blacksplash. They measured an outlet wrong and it was discovered after the slab was glued and installed. We had to buy a large switch plate to cover their mnistake. The slabs on the back wall have shifted forward causing uneven sems. We have a crack in one slab between the cooktop and sink, . We have tried contacting them since dec.3 2009 to come out and fix the problems but all I get are excuses from the owner. It's been almost 3 months and still no date for them to come out and make repairs needed. I finally had to contact BBB to try and solve our problem. Please don't use them.
