I took my Acer Iconia into the store on 10/13/14 to have the screen replaced since I did drop it. I paid by visa and the owner had my screen replaced. He gave me a 1 yr warranty. I bought a case to have it in. Well, on 3/5/15 the screen cracked on it's own, so I took it back to the shop to have the screen replaced. The owner said it is impossible for the screen to break on it's own and how I must of dropped it. I told him I did not drop it, and how it just cracked on it's own. I have seen car windshields crack for no reason, so what makes him think it is impossible for the tablet screen to crack by it self. He is refusing to honor his warranty he gave me.

He is not honest with what he says he will do for you. I would not trust him with your repair.

My laptop broke and I needed a new motherboard. Went to Bes* Bu* and they quoted me $450+ and six weeks. Went to Housto* Computer* - they couldn't fix it. Went to Computer Life and they had it repaired in three days for less than 1/2 of my original quote! Great service and prices.
