Because most of the items this store inventories are scratch and dent, factory seconds or discontinued they are quite affordable. Having said that they are often defective. A little more than a month ago I bought two items from this store and both broke within a weeks time. When I went back in to exchange the products the owners were quie rude and pointed to a sign that said "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" Also the phone was ringing off the hook with customers wanting refunds! It is worth the peace of mind to pay the few extra dollars at Office Depot, Staples, etc... and know there is a quality control protocol. I will never return to this store.
