Flowers were ordered to be delivered in the same zip code as Love Blossoms for Christmas. Was called the day that flowers should have been delivered and told charge of $10.00 more would be needed. But was charged $20.00 and flowers were never delivered. Called the store to resolve problem and manager/owner put me on hold and left the store. Would not talk to me left it to the counter person. Will not order from them again.

Worst service ever. I go there four days ahead to put my order in and the lady was very welcoming. I showed her the flowers i wanted from their website and she said oh yes we can do it no problem. When i went there four days later she didnt even have them ready so i asked for a delivery. Not only she didnt being me the flowers i asked for but she also tried to change the subject by telling me that she said she was going to make it similar and that i got a better deal. NOT!!! I could have bought better roses from walmart half the price they sell them. Do not pay until you receive what you wanted.

Very dissapointed to say the least. I ordered flowers from this florist because it was very close to the location I needed them delivered on the same day. They said they would handle the order with no issue - however, the flowers were never delivered and I received no phone call. I called for four days, leaving my phone number each day. I finally got in touch with the owner four days later to find out she just didn't get it done. She said they would deliver that day - four days late for an important birthday. No thank you. Very unprofessional.

THIS PLACE WAS AWFULL!! I AM FROM OHIO AND MY BOYFRIEND WAS WORKING IN NORTH CAROLINA ON HIS BIRTHDAY. I SPENT OVER $40.00 AND TOLD THEM I WOULD LIKE A NICE FLOWER ARRANGENT WITH A HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD. HE RECIEVED A SMALL VASE WITH 2 ROSES IN IT 2 MYLAR BALLOONS THAT SAID HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND I LOVE YOU (MORE OF A VALENTINES DAY BALLOON) AND A TEENY TINY STUFFED BEAR THAT WAS NO MORE THAN 1 INCH TALL!! THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS FOR A 36 YEAR OLD GUY AND I TOLD THEM THAT. WHAT THEY SENT WAS MORE APPROPRIATE FOR A 10 YEAR OLD GIRL. PLUS IT WAS WAY WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR SOMETHING THAT SMALL AND PLAIN.THE ONLY REASON THIS IS EVEN GETTING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WHEN I ORDERED THIS WAS VERY NICE.THAT WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day They got it totally wrong. I was offered my money back or get the correct arrangement redelivered. I chose to have the correct arrangement redelivered. When the delivered the correct arrangement, they asked for the other one back! How tacky is that!
