The pharmacy at Walgreens has gone to H*** in a hand basket since the change in ownership from RiteAid. The people up front are for the most part great. But a majority of the clucks, oops, I mean clerks, in the pharmacy, are not just useless, but incompetent, rude and condescending. It seems to me that they go out of their way to make my experience as inconvenient and infuriating as possible. If they don’t like their jobs, the car wash across Boston Road is hiring. Oh, but wait, that position would also require some level of interpersonal skills and ability to provide acceptable customer service, which over half of the pharmacy staff obviously lack. If their location wasn’t so darn convenient, I would switch all my scripts to some other pharmacy. I truly hope that their management actually reads these reviews and addresses them. If not, and no improvement is seen, there is a means by which to contact their Corporate office. My next step! So clean up your mess, before Raz, (nickname for the Corporate CEO), has to get involved.
