I purchased a living room set including a sectional and two chairs. When I went to pick them up the staff pushed the couch through the rear window of my truck shattering the window. It was a thousand dollars to fix and they gave me the run-around saying they weren't at fault. They did eventually pay for the damage.

I also purchased the extended protection plan. They never told me that you cant move more than 50 miles or they expect you to pay to get the furniture to them even though its supposed to be in home service! I moved 2000 miles away and have had the furniture for just over a year. The best they will do is prorate what I paid for the plan! So now my furniture is broken and Im not going to pay to have it shipped 2000 miles but I will be talking to an attorney. Beware of these people they will try and get away with anything.
