plants are over priced, not taken care of very well, dead plants on the lot hard to get in and out customer service was alfull.

Store knowingly sold buggy plants (aphids). Discount or credit seems to be at the discretion of the store manager, who on that day offered nothing except instructions for spraying with an insecticide. Store guarantees these particular plants for 3 months, versus 12 mos at a big box store. Makes it difficult to want to support local vendors.

Love to shop there! Just browsing gets the dream muscles pumping.

Redmond's is one of my favorite garden centers and nurseries! Excellent service and wonderful plant products. They've done work on my lawn, as well as have sold me specimen plantings. Great folks! Thanks!

Very nice people to work with and talk with, but EXTREMELY SLOW to responding when there is a MAJOR problem with trees they planted.
