It is a complete waste of time. I bring in 6 name brand (polo, hollister, american eagle), gently worn items and I get $6 back for it. I spent more money driving there and back. I am bringing my items to salvation army and good will from now on. It is a complete JOKE there!

This store is a complete waste of time. Brought in gently used clothes in brands that the website said it needed. Ended up waiting 15 mins just to see someone as most of the girls behind the counter were too busy gossiping with each other to notice customers. They didn't buy any of my clothes, not even the ones with tags! Said they were too old for teens. Rue 21, Forever 21, American eagle, Abercrombie and fitch too old for teens ?? I guess teens don't shop at those places? Soo, that was a disappointing experience, but what was even more disappointing is the clothes and shoes they had in stock. I have better luck in goodwill then i ever had here. Only plus side was the jewelry section.

I have been to Platos probably 6-7 times. The store wreaks of funk upon entrance due to all of the unclean clothing hanging up. It is always 16, 17, and 18 year olds working there who are absolutely clueless about fashion. They accept only what they personally feel is cute or nice to them, not what is ACTUALLY in season or trending. Lol..but I shouldn't really expect them to know much anyway..I mean this is Lexington and most of these women only know designers that were once hot but aren't hot

today. Once I took some a pair of brand new Ann Taylor leopard print heels in and they wouldn't accept them at all. They were willing to accept an old, outdated Tommy Hilfiger polo over Ann Taylor heels. I ended up selling the heels on Ebay for $70. Go figure.

Staff was immature and rude and obnoxious. The store wasn't very clean and the clothing for sale looked unclean. Don't bother with this store, buying or selling.

I ahve been twice and the staff was friendly but they did not take my clothes. Most are from last season but they say they are not up to date. Also, I saw what they sell and well my clothes are better than average I saw

Rude, immature staff. Pay nothing for/rejects nice brand name clothes while carrying well worn, non brand items. Makes no sense. Dirty store-floors are gross. Sell stuff on eBay. Pays to wait because this place sucks.

Rude and unhelpful. If you want to be treated like they are doing you a huge favor, then this is the place for you. After several bad experiences, I'll never shop there again.

This is a wonderful store for name brand used clothing. My only complaint is that they do not carry enough plus sizes.
