did not have moped battery. although, real friendly and gave me help where i could find battery.

I am usually a positive person, but everytime I have walked into this place the employees have been rude. I bought a set of tires here with a package of free rotation and balancing. The first time I brought my car back for balance and rotation they refused to do it and said that I was not ready for those services yet. The second time I went in they claimed that I did not get free balancing and roatation and that my warranty was up. Either I was severely mislead or they are clearly unorganized. Very frustrating.
