We were not given a departure time and so we were packing slowly because we had a newborn baby in the house and we were told by Jackie that we had a few minutes to vacate the apartment and her cleaning crew was coming in regardless of us being in their eyes for 30 minutes So we can gather her things and she told me there was nothing we could do horrible horrible experience would not recommend this company to anyone

My family and I booked (2) apartments for Breyerfest, I did not have wi-fi at all during the 4 day stay and my daughters wi-fi kept going out. When she requested repairs in the room she ask that no one come in unless they were there, they came in anyway without them being there. My apartment smelled very heavily of smoke, no TV in my extra bedroom and the beds are very shabby! Don't both to waste your money here because Tom Gordon, the owner will do nothing to compensate you but offer a $10 discount if you return, which I NEVER will!!!
