Was in severe pain going in .. they helped me immediately!! Was in fast and they pulled two teeth and got me out of pain.. I would recommend them to anyone !!!!

We had an appointment at 1:30 it took until 2:45 to get us back then everyone was extremelly rude an uncaring and if i could leave less than a star review i wouldnt even leave half a star review.....

After my teeth feeling

I felt so paralized than never before.The paraluzation got on my eyes .i've never felt like this before after a dentist appointment.It has being 7 hours now and yet i can't eat since I still got the paralization and the Pain

I had the worst experience of my life there i took them an hour to get my in the back just to be looked at. I ended up being there for, three hours and didnt even have anything done next time i went to get fillings i left in a lot of pain when the meds wore off i ended up not able to chew on any of the teeth that had got fillings

I will never visit this business again. I made appointments for both of my children for the same time. When I checked in 20 minutes early (to allow for registration). I was told that they would be seen one hour apart. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes without being seen before I left. I understand that they allow walk ins and emergencies but they should be staffed to allow for that. I made appointments for a reason. The receptionist was never at the front desk to check on what was going on. A patient was in the lobby bleeding excessively from her mouth and had to repeatedly go into the restroom to get papertowels to try to control the bleeding. I guess it is nice to have a facility open 7 days a week but expect to sit there forever.

I want to start out by saying that I myself am a dental assistant and I expect a lot out of a dentist office because I know how things should be done. I started having horrible tooth pain on a Friday afternoon and it became unbearable by Saturday morning. I found Immediadent online and was relieved to find out I could be seen as a walk in on a Saturday. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and someone assisted me with the check in process. The staff were constantly checking to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. They constantly apologized for my wait time, but I thought it was very reasonable since I was not a scheduled patient and Saturday is a very busy day. The assistant explained before hand what the procedure would be so there would be no confusion. Prices were gone over with me before treatment so I understood exactly what it would cost. Dr. Hann had a great chairside manner and provided me with one of the most painless tooth extractions I have ever experienced. My husband and I will definitely return and make Immediadent our regular dentist office!

I'd rather go to a redneck bar..get drunk...start a fight...and have someone punch my tooth out. Assistant's hands were shaking and I asked why and she said she hadn't eaten in 8 hours...heard manager talking to employeesin a very obnoxious tone..what a money mill dental corporation who is only worried about volume and not quality...got a crown...fell out a month later...went to a private practice and had it re cemented...it's been a year now...no problems....
