How do you run a business and you never answer the phone and never reply to emails even when it is during the hours you advertise that you are open?

Busy office but girls are great here iv lost 25 pounds so far could not budge the weight untill i got here. Call them they are great

They advertise close at 6:00 but not true. There availability based on customers. Twice I've arrived over 1hr early and turned me away. Basically said they are not accepting any new people that day even though I arrived @ 4:45.

This is a great group to go to for losing weight. Very nice, friendly, and helpful! Thank you all for helping me shed these extra pounds!
