Active Rehab and Fitness is a physical therapy private practice located inside the Lexington Athletic Club. We accept all major insurance carriers and will check benefits prior to services. Patients do not have to be a member of LAC to receive services.

Each treatment is unique to the patient's needs and goals. Each patient will receive one on one care with a licensed PT. Our goal is to restore your function whether it is back to work or sports, to pick up your child, go up/down stairs , to bend over without pain, or to walk without losing your balance!
