Dustin has tried very hard to get my lawn to grow, but he stated I was not doing enough of my part of watering and that all he could do is seed it then it was up to the home owner. He is very busy with other business and lawn so unfortunately my lawn cannot be seen or else he will loose money on my lawn and he kindly explained he has already lost money on my service from him. I am sorry Dustin that I was not a good customer and listened to what I needed to do. I would give them a zero. They did not try Hard, they told me I was doing it all wrong and it was my fault that the lawn they promised to repair was not working. My lawn was not a big enough job for them to do any real work on it. They broke ever promise they made to me. I explained CLEARLY I am a single mom and that I had tried to repair the lawn with home depot product. It seemed that I was spending money on products and I could use that money to pay them for a service. He mentioned that he lost money on my lawn well so did I and I do not have a business to make money off of where as he would , should have insurance for his loss. But the truth is I did not need to know that he lost money, that is bad business etiquette. DO NOT USE this service, you will be spending your money on zero service. They will take your money for a service, they will not keep their promises and tell you that their failure is your fault.
