We arrived for an evening meal. While the restaurant was fairly full, we were seated immediately. Chips and salsa was served immediately, but our server was slow to arrive. When he finally did we placed both our drink and food order immediately. Our drinks arrived and we waited watching new guests arrive after us. We noticed several guests receiving the wrong orders, then we noticed several tables that arrived after us received their orders while we had not. We addressed our concerns to the waiter. After 1 hour we really made it clear our order should be here. For the third time he said its cooking in the kitchen and it will be right out and again he said he wasn't at fault he was waiting on the kitchen. We waited 10 more minutes and watched 2 tables who just arrived 20 minutes earlier get served. Then they brought a plate that did not belong to us. At that point we just got up and left. We used to be regulars at Mi Carreta but after that experience we will not return. I advise anyone planning to go there to skip it and find another place more accommodating.

My family and I stopped here for dinner after a day in the mountains and everything was great. The service was great, the food came quickly and was all very tasty and reasonably priced. My wife says her burrito was a little spicy but every thing else was great. The place clean and well kept, though the bathrooms could use a little more light.
