I have been using Light Bulbs, Etc. for several years. Initially it was the great prices that brought me in. However now it is the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back. I have purchased from this company several dozen times and have never had a bad experience.

I used this company (based in Lenexa, KS) for an order I needed within a week (in California). The order had over 200 light bulbs for new construction. Upon arrival, about 20% were broken due to some mishap during shipping. I immediately called Craig and told him I would be contacting him that evening via email with the details. This is the first time I have purchased products through this company. After viewing the extent of the damage, I realized I should just return the whole order. Because I had a deadline, I purchased the items I needed locally. I was very impressed with Craig and Roger''s response. Craig immediately gave me the option of a new order or a refund. I chose the refund. When I didn't receive a shipping tag, I called for help. Roger immediately apologized and sent me an email shipping tag. Today, I received a full refund on my order. I must admit, the way they responded to this mishap encourages me to use them in the future. I am fully satisfied with my experience with this company. They deserve their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
