Just wanted to write you a letter stating my experience. You and I have spent some time on working a deal on the 1973 Trans am 455. We had many phone calls as the condition of vehichel.Your ad stated that there was ZERO miles on the completion of the ROTISSERIE restoration. We agreed on a TOTAL price of $45,000. that included $900 for shipping the car to me.

You told me that the car needed nothing except a piece of molding on the inside besides that it was beautiful. YOUR web site states all inspections based on our analysis of these vehicles , and should not be based on solely on your opinion.



That statement is so true ,however I did not DEAL with a salesman I Dealt with you a principle owner of your company.. I stated that I was looking for a show car and a true Rotisserie restored car.



I am a big boy and buy many cars and have NEVER been misled like I have.Upon delivery of car it was crystal clear that you out and out lied. I don't mind taking a loss on the shipping that was $1800 to and from but you want me to pay for your mistake and misrepresenting of the car. You owe me $3200.00 to be paid.



You were very slick with the release that you had me write , So with that being said I have no claim to that $3200 however right is right. I will pay for shipping $1800. but the extra 3200 is all you.



With that being said I work on a computer all day and my brother is a goggle optimizer . You are about to have a good honest ovulation of my whole experience on everything from GOOGLE to Yellow book to car blogs and better business bureau .



Enclosed are just a sampling of your beautiful car...PLEASE REVIEW...Think about it I will start my reviews on Monday... You can say what you want ...YOU know it was wrong. This is not slander this will be the truth. I have a garage of classics, ask the driver and I know a ton of people in the business.



I don't intend to bad mouth this company, but I will NEVER EVER conduct business with them again. If you are interested or have a customer interested in buying a car from KC Classic Cars, PLEASE have them contact me.
