I have been fortunate to be apart of the Focus Team for what would be 3 years now and this company shows a very high standard of professionalism. Here at Focus I have experienced an have seen others experience a great deal of appreciation, you hear is from your superiors as well your fellow teammates. Working as part of a team that is truly striving for excellence is what everyone really truly wants to have at their work place and I am lucky to have that!. Going into a positive working environment is important and people working together to meet a common goal is something that I think that makes Focus GREAT!

I have been working internally for Focus for 4 years now at the Manhattan, KS Branch, ever since retiring from the Army. This Company continues to set and raise the standard for employment agencies. All of the Staff I have interacted with are very committed to finding and placing candidates with their Clients best interest in mind. No other Company I have worked for, or worked with, has ever been this motivated and dedicated to outstanding Client Services. The Focus Values and Mission align perfectly with how I like to operate, and they value all of their employees. I highly recommend Focus to any business in need of Temp Services. I also recommend Focus to anyone interested in the Manufacturing or Production fields.

Focus does a pretty good job. They quickly found me work and when I didn't like the first place was able to switch me to another. Pretty good place to get weekly checks and pay my bills. I don't plan on staying with them long but I am pretty happy working with them until I can find something better or get hired on full time in the warehouse I'm at.
