I schedule my nail appointments for 10am when they open. I soon realized that was a waste of time since they tend to open whenever they feel like it. Making appointments with a tech of our choice is also a waste of time, since they not show up for work until they are called at home to come in!



It has taken 2 hours to get a simple nail fill because they start on you then go to do something to another client. My nail beds have been hit with the files to the point of bleeding, acrylic is left all over my fingers, cuticles are not cut back and I have had to finish filing down the sharp edges at home.



I have tried to communicate to them the issues for the past year that I have been going there. But, the last few appointments I have made me realize that it is all falling on deaf ears. They don't care! I will not be returning to this salon again.

I love the remodeling and the bank branch addition. Excellent.
