HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely disgusting. I happen to be in the area going somewhere, and realized I had to turn around. I went into their parking lot to simply turn around and call my friend for directions. As I was pulling out to get back on the road, a sad excuse of a woman ran out of the shop and made me stop my vehicle and proceeded to scream at me until I cried. She asked if I was a customer of her shop, and I politely answered that I was not; I was just trying to turn around because I had made a wrong turn. Then she began to rudely explain that the parking lot is only for customers. She said I was blocking the entrance, but I wasn't. The only time my vehicle was blocking the entrance was when she was taking the time out of her day to yell at me. Would give zero stars if I could. Only go to this business if you want to be treated like trash. I honestly cannot believe there are people out there that take the time to make someone else cry and feel horrible for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

I called a few places to get a tire replaced on my bike and most shops gave a few days wait and one nearby shop gave me a 2 week wait on simply putting on a new tire!! I took my tire and wheel to Western Moto and they did it within an hour, ill definitely go back. Super friendly place, I plan on going back hopefully the service continues to impress.
