The store was very nice and my kids made some purchases. However when we got back home the next morning we discovered that the security tag was left on the shorts. We live an hour away and were not driving back down to have it removed. When I called the store and I explained what had happened he simply told me to go to any store that had the tags that needed to be removed and have them take it off. My biggest heartache is that I didn't even get a "Sorry" for the error!!! Now I will have to find somewhere to get it removed. It left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer Service goes a long way.
