Got what I thought was a great deal on an older trailer. The repair guys told me they could do everything I wanted to it, and even included some of those repairs in my original price. It was purchased in December. By May, they still hadn't done any of the work and they'd lost all my keys (never found--I had to buy new locks). They also didn't produce my title until May. I was willing to pay their rate of $120 an hour, and the repair guys kept telling me everything would get done. Lee never responded to a single email I sent. Finally, he told me they couldn't do any of the work. It was May and every RV repair shop was booked like crazy. I didn't know what I'd do, and then I met Raul who was doing work for them on several trailers surrounding mine. Raul took my trailer--no one even asked me if it was okay--to his home. He immediately started trying to shake me down for money claiming he'd done work on it. Raul didn't do a thing except drink a lot of beer in my trailer (evidence was left inside). Cops were called, drama ensued, and I eventually got my RV into a shop. This is a pretty shabby operation with a creepy old sales guy who videos women on the lot with his phone. Check out their disgusting bathroom if you really want a sense of how this place is run.

Purchased a barely used 5th Wheel early Fall of 2015 from Lee. Very friendly. Looked forward to a long term relationship. After one use we noticed the water did not hold in the tank. 1/2 sloshed out while driving. We took it back to Lee's to asses. He said to test again. 2nd time. Same problem. Returned to Lee's for repair. Never received any updates. Husband had to check in often. Going camping in two days April 7th. Finally done, they said. Brought home, opened compartments and found both our new $1000/ea generators gone! Everything was locked last fall. My husband went right back over today to see if they had. NOPE and they will not take any responsibility for a theft even if they had on their lot for 6 months. Wow. Lee also didn't repair a couple of items my husband requested. We will see if the leak problem has been resolved this week; after we fork out another $2K for generators!!!!! Feeling neglected by Lees and angry.
