I have purchased all of my appliances from Hutch's for the last 26 years. Brett has given us such great service and is very knowledgeable about everything that he has in his store. Service is number one for me and I always get the best "old town" service that otherwise seems to be eroding in our society. He always gives us a competitive price. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I have purchased from Hutch's for a several years after we moved to this area. I have purchased furniture and mattresses and appliances. I have been so pleased with the the whole purchase experience and feel they really do care about my business. I recently had to have some service on one of the appliances (the refrigerator) I had purchased. The serviceman arrived that day and found what was wrong. He did not have the part, but said he would get it ordered that day. Later that day, a lady from their store called and told me the part would be there the next morning and would I be available for the tech to come put the part in. WOW, they came and fixed my appliance the next morning. It is GREAT to have a company that still cares about their customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been shopping all over Salt Lake Valley and Utah County to find some furniture and appliances for our home. We had heard of Hutch's Home Furnishings from many of our neighbors and friends that said they love shopping there. When we went in, we were impressed with all the furniture and appliances, but mostly of how we were treated. We ended up purchasing our furniture, appliances and also a LED flat panel HDTV. They have very good prices and even checked the internet for us right then and there to make sure we were getting the the best value. They said they try and meet competitors prices, but for the most part, they were better priced anyway. The sales staff were wonderful to work with. When the items were delivered, the delivery people were all clean cut and so polite. They would answer yes sir when answering a question...how often do you hear that anymore. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Great to be treated as a person and not a number.

My daughter and I were referred to Hutch's by a friend. We made the drive from Ogden to Lehi and it was well worth it. They have a beautiful showroom and a great variety of items. The best part of our shopping experience was the people we worked with. They were so friendly and helpful. My grandson played in a kid's area the whole time and was thrilled. We were able to pick out new living room furniture for our homes with Janice and Bret. They are the owners of the business and took care of our every need personally. How refreshing to have such friendly people help us with our purchases. No more big box stores for us. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for the products they carry.
