This place is really bad...I worked for them and I went there as a client. Staff are very boujee and superficial. Didn't feel welcome whatsoever and very overpriced for walking out for the same hair you came in with. Definitely got much better treatment, bang for your buck, and just better people at PR at Partners! Never going back.

My hair is still in recovery from an experience at Radiance. Color was put in very dark and I returned immediately after taking a look. The hairdresser used very harsh chemicals to "wash" out the color and it did a great deal of damage that is still growing out. I understand things like this can happen...but I wouldn't take a chance here.
