I had Whites Aluminum work on my Florida Room roof to stop the leaks that have developed with all the rain we've seen over the last few month's. They've came back out two times since the first time to try and stop the same leaks.The last time, I was reminded that "Maintenance work is not warrantied". That's telling me that if they stop by and tighten just one bolt, they aren't required to come back out. I paid $1200.00 cash & after the rain this morning, I only found one leak, one of the original that they were paid to repair. I have to find someone else to finish what I paid them $1200.00 to do.
