poorly managed. insufficient rules or non enforcement of rules, no lot lines. people driving across your lawn on golf carts, multiple buildings do not meet fire code or county building codes for electrical service or building / appurtenence setback. Some water lines are actually burried garden hose. No evidence of anti siphon silcocks. Plumbing cleanouts not to code. Propane tanks installed/stored in violation of NFPA 58. Units in need of repair due to infestation via termites/cockroaches should be condemned and removed.
