I would not take my pets anywhere else but to Kristine's. Unfortunately my dog is very scared of being groomed, he is a rescue. I have been to several places locally and no one can groom him. My last straw was to go to Kristine's. I saw her reviews on next-door and I figured I had nothing to loose. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Kristine was about "fear biters" and how eager her staff was to help me. 3 hours later and I had a new dog. He came out wagging his tail and looking so handsome. All this for $35? I was floored. Kristine, you now have a lifetime customer. Thank you!

Good customer service is what keeps a business thriving. If you think you can speak rudely to customers and than tell them I want your business think again! Word gets around. I should have stayed away when I first tried to patron this business and was treated very rudely. My girlfriend talked me into giving owner another chance. Decided to give this woman a second chance and was I wrong! Has some kind of personality disorder and needs to be on medication. Plus she is not consistent with information she gives out concerning her services.

I have two shih tzus. Never been to a groomer. Christian was wonderful with them. And they look so cute now. She is very reasonable would recommend her.
