I concur with the two other reviews. After waiting almost two months to see this "doctor" I arrived at their house office and went up to the window. The staff girl did not even look up at me or say hello. While all my stats had already been sent to their office they mailed me an info sheet to fill out and bring with me. When the rude woman finally looked up at me I handed her the paperwork. Still not saying a word she looked at my paperwork and said "you don't have a complete social security number filled in." I politely told her I wouldn't give my SS number to God himself. She then got REAL snotty with me and said "well, we can't see you then." I grabbed up my paperwork and told her that her attitude was totally unprofessional. As I walked out I also told her I would be contacting her Dr. about her treatment of new patients. She immediately started screaming "MY DOCTOR, what does MY DOCTOR have to do with anything?" I could then see she was less than intelligent and made it simple for her to understand. I said, "your BOSS, the DOCTOR". Finally I left saying (as she was still screaming something at me) "don't waste my time!" A fish ( no pun intended) stinks from the head down so you know that they get this attitude from the head fish.
