I have just talked to a guy who was very helpful and patient. I will try this clinic on January 4th for my first dental cleaning and evaluate after. I have not seen the facility yet, but I am hopeful that my experience will be OK.
I am cautious after I saw the good and bad reviews on this facility.

I went to Greenberg Dental because it's close to home, but I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I went to this place. HORRIBLE customer service from the staff working the front desk.

I took my son for wisdom teeth removal, and they said my insurance wouldn't cover sedation unless it's "medically necessary "? 3 weeks earlier they said that it was covered.

I called my insurance, they DO COVER sedation, the problem was that Greenberg was using the wrong code in their request. All they would need to do is use the correct code for sedation and resubmit it. I was hoping to get that resolved the same day, but the woman at the front desk said it would take 3-4 weeks to re-submit, and she was not even willing to talk to the insurance agent on the phone.

To be fair, I'm sure the surgeon is very good at what he does, since I did do research on him (Dr. Spiro J. Pantzoulas). It's the staff at the front desk that are incompetent.

Going to Clermont and staying away from this place.

I wanted a Dentist near to me so I chose Greenberg Leesburg. My first appointment was cancelled because Dentist no available. Waited another 2 weeks for an appointment. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Appointment at 1PM. At 2 Pm I asked how much longer. Very unconcerned staff. Eventually told me that they were running hours behind, why keep me waiting. I walked out.

The staff was really rude and ignorant. The dentist assistant was really unfriendly. On top of that everybody acted as if they didn't know what they were doing, just blurting out a bunch of information that didn't make any sense. But you get what you pay for. Bootleg dentist ����.

absolutely the worst service. we called foran emergency for at least 4 hours and they will not answer their phone. I called other offices and no one cam help because leesburg was the only office the seen the patient. And all the receptionist all had attitudes. Do not go here

This is the first dentist and dental office that I have actually liked in over 25+ years! Great staff, friendly, helpful and courteous. Also ethical. I needed a crown and the dentist did not have to do a build-up which saved me almost $100. Normally most dentists would have just done it to get more money! I will highly recommend Greenberg Dental!
