It is the worths when it comes to dealing with a lot of problem some neighbors back up each other tocover up for drugdealing , prostitution and even when they find out your in law enforcement you will be come a target and they will make all types of rumors about you and try to get you kick out of there and they will try to get you even kill or in other problems toget you out the place you live in no respect for law enforcement or those part of it, specially when obne certain neighbor thinks he can run the whole community along with this other veteran who back him up this kid in 18 merald lane has cause problems long enough to steer the entire community where kids donot even want to pklay because he sales drugs, and used them and has two kids and a wife thatits practically scared of him, so when an uniform moved to the community he started rumors about him because he found out he was part of law enforcement , he needs to get lockup in prison for good

Last 3 years has been a vast improvement, cleaning up the community to provide a nice safe, friendly place to live! The community has made a difference with the parks help!

I have lived in country life for two years. Recently they decided, after calling the owner and them saying they would work with us, to evict us. We were late on payment due to unemployment and told them that when income tax came along that we would pay them in full. So while they told us they would work with us to our face, behind our back went and filed to evict us. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If something happens to cause you to lose your job, don't worry because they will not help you! Not only that but they single out certain people over the others to "pick on" people they don't like. Knowing we couldn't afford to pay them, they told us we needed blinds on our windows, so we put up curtains. Then they told us we had toys and such in our yard we needed to pick up. So we cleaned the one bicycle in the yard up. Then they proceeded to tell us that the car on the side of the road was parked wrong, considering they wouldn't let us use the driveway that is stated in the paperwork is a second parking space. All the while several others in the park who we verified have not been notified about there vehicles the same way. Another piece of evidence of them singling us out. So I would not recommend this place to someone I hate. Be careful swimming in the pool. Last year several of us had ear infections constantly from swimming there. One was so severe it busted open an eardrum. I would NOT come here to live. It is unsuitable for anyone to live in this unreasonable, money hungry park.
