I purchased a 11 yr old BMW, it had many problems soon after the warranty was over..they didn't want to fix it and refused to acknowledge it..they have reported me to the credit bureau as late for just a few days late on my payment and refused to change my due date...They have reported me late even after I made payments in advance...and refused to fix it

We have bought several cars from Brown's over the years and have had nothing but outstanding service from them! Big John is awesome & Parker get two thumbs up!

Browns Auto Sales Sells Quality Cars Right From The Auction. Their Customer Service Is Below Average, And Their Prices Are High, But If You Have Bad Credit And Have To Shop These Type Dealers, Browns Auto Sales is Not A Bad Place To Start.

I just wanted to warn anyone who intends to visit the Brown's Auto in Leesburg (off of CR 44) that their customer service is non-existent. My sister visited this establishment and was greeted with judgement, rudeness, and even cursing (the 'f' word used multiple times). When I brought the matter up to the 'manager' they basically told me that they didn't care. Their exact words were "you're pissing in the wind lady". It's terrible to see a 'family' owned business act like this. I fully intend to live up to the statistic of letting 10 others know about my negative experience. Look and buy else where!
