did our whole office, new smaller copier and Docuware - love the software, we dont have to print out work tickets every morning, all work orders is sent straight to techs real time, already saving us money.

We love our copier - runs non-stop, and we have had great service from these folks. Our church's printer went down, and part wouldnt be in for 2 days, they printed all our programs for both morning services no charge. I would recommend Ken and Jacob at Toshiba if you need a heavy duty office copier.

The service on a very expensive machine is horrible. Our whole business revolves around our printer. We are almost two weeks in and "they don't have parts". The parts are the rollers for paper feed. STANDARD PARTS. Our tech, apparently you can only have one, is always "gone today". Horrible response times and not great service. Would have given a lower rating if possible.
