This company is unreliable. I booked a reservation for 2:30 one day in advance. But the driver was more than half an hour late. The owner then denied responsibility by saying that the driver called ahead of time saying she was going to be late. The thing is the driver didn't say she was going to be half an hour late! By the way, the company still charged full fare!
