Mr. Osgood represented me in a fraud investigation that proved very stressful for me. I was accused of things that were simply not true and was threatened with being indicted if I did not cooperate and plead guilty to bank fraud charges. He met with investigators and convinced them that the charges were baseless and that several persons who implicated me were providing false information because of a bad business experience with my company. Mr. Osgood always kept me informed of what was going on and aggressively represented me. The net result was the federal investigators were convinced that I should not be charged and the matter was dropped. I would recommend Mr. Osgood in any matter in which there are the possibilities of federal charges. He is a former federal prosecutor and seems to know the federal system inside out.
