worst one yet

I love Cracker Barrel in general, but this location nearly turned me off from the chain for good. To start with, the manager followed me around the store for about half an hour. If I picked something up, she was there. If Iooked at something, she was behind a shelf, peeking at me. I was very offended, even moreso when I found out who she was. Then, after we were seated and had ordered our food, it took 45 minutes to get a SALAD. we already had our other food before it came out. Our steaks were cooked wrong and had to be sent back, then when they returned (another half hour), we didn't have silverware. Which took another 10 minutes to get. nothing was how we ordered it, and the waiter came over every 2 minutes (not an exaggeration) to tell us how hard his day was. I sympathise, but jeez... We talked to the manager (the one who followed me) about the issue, and she apologized, but did nothing else. We still ended up paying $35 for 2 meals that were done wrong, twice, poor service, and treated like criminals. If I was starving, I would eat grass before I'd go back in there.
