i had nothing but trouble. 2years and 10 months later im still waiting on my money. all the paperwork is signed and notarized and had been delivered. i have a permanent injury from an auto accident and total i received is $9700 dollars and the majority of it came from my insurance company on a uninsured/underinsured policy. i could have filed a claim myself and i would b money ahead. he wanted to handle my wife's case separate from mine and i found out why. he has taken in more money than i have because he gets a percentage of the money he retrieves. he is a salesman when it comes to hiring him and getting u to sign the papers to represent u. and dont forget the expenses on top of the one third of your money. u would b better off finding someone else who only gets a third and includes expenses in their third. i criticized him for this and once he wanted to drop me as a client. i said send me the paperwork and no paperwork arrived. i called and he thought he could still represent me. so i let him only to discover i would have been money ahead to drop him as my attorney. in the end i will receive another $2,000 and he will receive another 1,000 dollars.he urged me to wait so he could collect one more thousand dollars from my case. he made promises and gave his word and then didnt keep it. im still waiting on my money and there is always more excuses. i spent a thousand dollars going to doctors appointmens and depositions. i wish i had never allowed him to represent me. i would b several thousand dollars ahead and had much fewer headaches from him. my wifes case is still pending. i would never in a million years hire this man again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
