My daughter and I are always greeted when we walk in, a few of the employees call us by name. Their wood pellet prices are very competitive and the people always take the time to help you as much as can with our questions for various things we need. Thank you, Jason & Lillian

Horrible customer service. I had a bag of feed that was rung up at the wrong price and the cashier got upset with me that I didn't tell him before the transaction was completed. I didn't realize that before I had run my card and he tried to act as if it was my fault that their computers had the wrong price. Then I get home to find out that they had charged me twice. Once for the wrong price and once for the correct price. Horrible experience.
